I am not going to ramble on and bore you to tears with one of those sappy year in review articles. As Jimmy Leyland of the Detroit Tigers said, “I am not going to eat yesterdays breakfast.” Suffice to say I am one of the luckiest guys in the world when you get the opportunity top play the great golf courses all over the state and your family is enjoying great health what more could you ask for. I mean do I really need to spend time trying to figure out if Boot Ranch is a better course than Whispering Pines?
Let’s focus on 2007 where Texas Golfer will be bigger and better than ever.
We will have our monthly Travel Articles, Q & A with the pros. A new feature called TEXAS TEE TALK will keep you informed about individuals making a name in TEXAS. We will continue our Best in Features so you will have more reasons than ever to enjoy golf all over this Great STATE! We will increase our coverage of womens golf and junior golf. This year we will cover with a preview or review every PGA, & LPGA event in TEXAS.
Along the way we will also play a round or two. I look forward to sharing those personal stories as well.
